An event “Learning Grammar-Beyond the Lecture Method” was organised by the Dept of English under the coordination of Prof Jaibir Dhariwal. Approximately 120 students participated in the event by exhibiting their posters on the various aspects of grammar. Principal Dr Sanjay Goyal inaugurated the event. He advised the students and stressed on the need of adapting and inculcating English language skills in the day to day activities of their lives by reading English newspaper,reading English books,watching English movies with English subtitles etc. Head of the dept of English Dr Rajbir Parashar advised the students to have a good hand in English grammar. Dr Manjula Goel,Prof Naresh Garg, Prof Archana Tiwari and M.A. Eng students Deepak,Tammanna,Sonia,Gurtej and Amit played the role of judges.
