In collaboration with RKSD College, Kaithal and Sports Wing of Art of Living, a workshop on the following key topics was organized in the College Hall today on 4th February 2024:
1. Importance of meditation
2. Management of sports management
3. Adverse effects of steroids on players
Prominent international, Padma Shri and Arjuna award winning sportspersons like Shri Akhil Kumar, Shri Manoj Kumar, Dr. Har Vakil Singh were present on the occasion. On this occasion, Shri Mukesh Garg, Member, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, Government of Haryana was the chief guest. The key speakers on the occasion were Dr. Ruchi Dahiya from Art of Living Foundation and Dr. Satinder Kumar from Cygnus Hospital, Kaithal. All these games depict some of the major principles in life like architectural influence, importance of peace of mind and directional management of hard work. He explained that anabolic steroids can cause serious, long-lasting, and in some cases, anabolic damage. They can cause early heart attacks, strokes, liver tumors, kidney failure and mental problems. Additionally, discontinuing use of Florence may result in depression, which may lead to frequent resumption of use. Mr. Shyam Bansal and Principal Dr. Sanjay Goyal welcomed the guests with mementos and shawls. Dr. Gurdeep Bhola and his team members expressed their thanks. Secretary Dr. SP Verma conducted the proceedings of the forum.
