Principal Dr. Sanjay Goyal along with all the teaching and non-teaching staff members of RKSD College, Kaithal, as per the orders of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, regarding the recitation of 3 verses of Gita on Geeta Jayanti Mahotsav under the Ek Minute Ek Sah Gita recitation programme. Recited the verses in the office.Dr. Goyal confirmed that Geeta Jayanti is considered very important in Hindu religion, just like Srimad Bhagavad Gita. Every verse written in Geeta is considered beneficial for human welfare. Through the teachings of Geeta, Lord Shri Krishna has told man the difference between good and bad and right and wrong. If Geeta is recited on this day, one gets the blessings of Lord Krishna. Srimad Bhagavad Gita is the only book in the world whose birth anniversary is celebrated. This is because Geeta was born from the mouth of Lord Shri Krishna himself. Every verse mentioned in Geeta has come from the mouth of Lord Shri Krishna, hence Geeta Jayanti is celebrated.
