We are incredibly excited to share that Gaurav J Pathania, an esteemed alumnus of our College and currently a Professor in the United States, has portrayed Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar in the Hollywood film ‘Origin’, written and directed by Ava DuVernay. This movie premiered today in New York City. This role is of notable significance, as it is the first-ever depiction of Dr. Ambedkar in Hollywood.
Interestingly, Gaurav bears a striking resemblance to Dr. Ambedkar, adding a remarkable authenticity to his performance.
