In collaboration with the Placement Cell and Commerce Department of RKSD College, Kaithal, an extension lecturer on Campus to Corporate program was organized on 4 March 2024 in which Mrs. Indu Aggarwal, Founder of Disha for Success and Talent Grow Global Pvt. Ltd., former Pt. Director of Higher Education And retired Principal Dr. Arun Joshi from Government College, Ambala Cantt and Mr. Vinay Bhalla Alumnus RKSD College Kaithal provided their support as speakers. The program started with the welcome of the guests. College Principal Dr. Sanjay Goyal honored the guests and encouraged the children. Mrs. Indu Aggarwal, Founder of Talent Go Global and Disha for Success, told the children about entrepreneurship and skill development. She also explained that without skill, no field can be mastered. She also talked about skill enhancement. Children were asked to enroll in the internship program. In his speech, Arun Joshi ji inspired the students to become a good personality and described spirituality as essential for the development of children. The stage was moderated by Dr. Vishal Anand. Dr. Anil Narula, Dr. Ajay Sharma, Dr. Pooja Gupta, Dr. Rachna Sardana and other staff members of the college participated in this program.
