A Three-Day Virtual Workshop “PAVITRA” on Personal Health and Hygiene was organized from 19th to 21st October, 2020 in collaboration with The Art of Living Foundation.
Ms. Sonal Anand, a Certified Yoga Instructor from the Ministry of AYUSH and Art of Living Teacher, served as the resource person.
160 girl students from both Morning and Evening sessions of the college participated enthusiastically in the workshop.
To commemorate Girl Child Week, various competitions like Poster Making, Collage Making, and Slogan Writing were organized on 28th January, 2021.
80 students from across the sister institutions (Pharmacy College, B.Ed College, PG College, and Evening College) took part in the competitions.
On 10th June 2021, National Level Online Competitions were conducted with over 200 participants from Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
The competitions included:
DIY Planter (using waste material)
Cartooning (on the theme: Vaccination Drive on COVID-19)
Cooking without Fire (promoting healthy food habits)
Objectives:
To encourage sustainable practices and gardening habits.
To spread awareness regarding COVID-19 vaccination.
To inculcate healthy eating habits for enhanced immunity.

A One-Day National Level Virtual Workshop was held on 21st June, 2021 to celebrate International Yoga Day.
160 participants registered for the event.
The session was led by Ms. Sonal Anand, a Level 3 Certified Yoga Trainer from the Ministry of AYUSH.
She conducted warm-up exercises, various Yoga Asanas, and Pranayama techniques.
