With the aim of ‘Teaching-Learning beyond the Curriculum’, BA Second students, Section D (English-T) organized a classroom seminar on “Education and Employment” on September 5,2019. Taruna, Neha, Arti,Sahil, Kapil and Ravi made well prepared presentations. The speakers touched a wide range of issues related to the topic like GDP, demonetization, US-China trade war, quality of education, role of teachers and significance of self study. Komal conducted the stage. Parveen and Anu prepared beautiful Chart-banners for the activity which are visible on Blackboard and lecture stand. The activity was planned four days in advance and was largely done as per suggestions of the students. Participants-contributors were given token prizes of Rotomac refillable pens. At the end, Komal concluded the event with a thanksgiving speech for the assistance of the class teacher, Dr Rajbir Parashar. The seminar was also helpful in identifying students for English Literary Society.
