RKSD College’s NCC units (4/10 and 5/10 Companies) of 10 Haryana Battalion, Kurukshetra commemorated the 76th NCC Raising Day with a cultural programme titled ‘Mera Desh, Meri Shan’. Dr Ritu Kang Walia, CTO 4/10 Company, opened the event by welcoming officiating Principal Dr Satyabir Mehla, Chief Guest Captain Dr R.P. Moun, and ANO Lt Dr Raghbir Lamba. She highlighted the significance of NCC Day, celebrated annually on November’s last Sunday, and thanked Principal Dr Sanjey Goyal for his support.

The cultural programme featured diverse performances. Cadets Sanju, Isha Panchal, and Mehak (4/10 Company) presented solo dances, whilst Seeku (4/10 Company) and Lalita (5/10 Company) performed solo songs. Muskan, Siya, Komal, and Simran delivered a group dance. Cadets Ashish and Vipin from 4/10 Company spoke about NCC’s importance and its raising day.
Capt Dr R.P. Moun addressed and motivated the cadets. Dr Raghbir Lamba, ANO 5/10 Company, delivered the vote of thanks and congratulated the cadets. Economics faculty members Ms Dinky and Ms Neelam attended the event. Cadets Aamani and Paramjeet successfully anchored the programme, keeping the audience engaged throughout.
